Hmm... Somehow I don't believe this. The UK arm of Canterbury are in administration and have apparently cancelled all contract with the rugby and football clubs so I can't see how we'll push ahead with the shirts for this season. We can't get supplies from a defunct company so we can't sell the shirts to the fans. Why would the players turn out in shirts which we can't sell?

I believe that Internation Hotel Group might be the new sponsor.

Canterbury had made the shirts prior to admin.  Pompey have some and are trying to get the balance released from the warehouse.

I have to say that the photos of the new kits from yesterday's game don't look quite like these lovely "artists' renderings."  The shirts they were wearing yesterday were a very washed-out looking blue... not the vibrant royal blue of the drawings (nor did there appear to be two shades of blue... just a sort of monotone blue).

Maybe they weren't wearing the proper shirts last night  Flip.

i see they have  the away kit as well now,is it the only time the kit is worth more than the player wearing it ?
